The Impulse IT9520 is a pin-loaded machine specifically designed for Weight Assisted Chin Ups & Dips. It targets the latissimus muscles (Lats), triceps (Tri's), and auxiliary works in biceps (Bis), deltoid (Delts), as well as serratus muscles. Users can set up personal settings and effectively train back muscles and upper body with the movement of chin and tricep dip.
